The New Saints will take on Aberystwyth Town tomorrow in the Corbett Sports Welsh Premier League at Park Hall stadium.
Craig Harrison’s side have won their last seven league games and have won every single game at home this season.
The former Premier League defender will also be unable to call upon Steve Evans and Scott Ruscoe who are both still side lined.
The former Middlesbrough defender will be hoping to add another win but admits that Ian Hughes’ men will pose a threat, ‘I have seen them twice recently and although they have a few players out, they have a good team spirit and will be dangerous. However, I always believe if we are on it, then we will win any game. We are still without Scott and Steve but the rest of the players are fit, which gives me a real headache when it comes to picking the team.’
Harrison also added that Ian Hughes has done a good job and said, ‘Ian is doing well in his first management job and I am sure that they will be trying their best tomorrow night and they will still be aiming for a top six finish. We need to remember how disappointed we were when we drew against them earlier on this season and I will be making sure that we don’t make the same mistake again.’
The club was founded in 1884 and play their home games at Park Avenue.
Aberystwyth Town is acknowledged as one of the Wales’ top football clubs and wear their famous Black and Green colours.
The last time that the clubs faced each other at Park Hall stadium was back in February and the Oswestry based side ran out three nil victors, thanks to a goal from Kai Edwards and an excellent brace from Alex Darlington.
The referee for the game will be Mr R.Stewart.
The match will kick off at 19:45pm and tickets are available from the link below.
