Bala Town preview

The New Saints will take on Bala Town tomorrow night in the Corbett Sports Welsh Premier League at Park Hall stadium.

 

Craig Harrison’s side have won their last eight league games and will be determined to keep the wonderful run going but will be unable to call upon Steve Evans and Scott Ruscoe, who are both still injured.

 

Managed by Colin Caton, the club was founded in 1880 and play their home games at Maes Tegid.

 

Bala have two former TNS players, Connall Murtagh and Mark Connolly and currently sit in 8th place in the Corbett Sports Welsh Premier League.

 

The last time the two clubs faced each other at Park Hall stadium was back on boxing day and The Saints ran out victors, thanks to a solitary goal from Mike Wilde.

 

The two clubs also met earlier on this season with goals from Phil Baker, an own goal from Connall Murtagh and a Mike Wilde strike sealing a comfortable 3-1 victory.

 

The referee for the game will be Mr B.James.
