The New Saints will take on Airbus UK Broughton tomorrow in the FAW Welsh Cup Quarter Final at Park Hall Stadium.
The clash between the two Corbett Sports Welsh Premier League sides will kick off at 15:00pm.
The Saints will be without Ryan Edwards, Luke Douglas, Ryan Jones and Scott Quigley because all four players are cup tied.
Simon Spender, Ryan Fraughan and Matty Williams are all back in the squad but both Scott Ruscoe and Steve Evans are still sidelined through injury but despite that, Craig Harrison is confident of advancing into the Semi-Final of the FAW Welsh Cup that he won back in 2012, ‘I am always confident but always have a healthy respect for whoever we play. We have had some very close games with Airbus this season and I am sure it will be a tight game again tomorrow. We had a tough game against them last week but we are always very confident at home. I think both teams are pleased that the match will have an outcome tomorrow because a replay is the last thing we want. Simon Spender and Matty Williams are both available for selection again, which is great news for me. Ryan Fraughan was injured last week in a freak accident which put him out of the game last weekend but he has trained with us this week which again is good news for me.’
Airbus UK were founded in 1946 and are currently managed by former Bury boss, Andy Preece.
Nicknamed ‘The Wingmakers’ they currently sit in second Place in the Welsh Premier League and play their home games at The Airfield.
The New Saints have yet to beat Airbus this season after three meetings. The Saints lost 2-1 in the Word Cup and drew 1-1both home and away in the WPL.
The last time the two teams met at Park Hall was back on January the 18th. A goal from Alex Darlington was cancelled out by Chris Budrys, as TNS had to settle for a point.
The Referee for the game will be Mr R.Harrington.
