TNS Foundation team visit Schools

The New Saints Community Foundation Team visited Holy Trinity Primary School yesterday.

Coaches, Jason Brindley and Sarah Lowe both provide lunch time activities at the School and yesterday joined in with the theme of dressing up for World Book Day.

The pair delivered the lunch time programme to Year three pupils dressed as Mr Incredible and Where’s Wally.

Spot The Dog also paid a visit and took the Corbett Sports Welsh Premier League trophy for all of the children to see.

The team also visited Whittington Primary School and took part in the short story competition.

On a busy day for Spot the Dog, the TNS mascot challenged the pupils to write a short story on their sporting experiences.

There were some fantastic entries and the winner will be announced during tomorrow’s WPL fixture at Park Hall stadium.

The New Saints have invited the children from both schools to tomorrow’s live Match versus Bangor City and if they attend dressed as they were for World Book Day, there will also be a prize for best dressed.
