Craig Harrison has revealed that although it is going to be hard to knock the Slovakian Champions out of Europe, his TNS side does not fear anyone and will be more than ready for the challenge.

SK Slovan Bratislava will take on The New Saints on the 15th of July at their Pasienky Stadium in Bratislava in the first leg of the UEFA Champions League Second Qualifying round.

The second leg will be played a week later at Rhyl’s Corbett Sports Stadium but Harrison believes his side have a chance of progressing, ‘We have been getting as much information as possible on our opponents so that we are fully prepared for the two matches. It is going to be a really tough game out there in Slovakia but I feel that we have a chance.’

Last season The Saints were knocked out by Polish Champions, Legia Warsaw and Harrison confirmed, ‘I think they wont be quite up to the standard of Legia Warsaw who knocked us out last year but Carl Darlington and I will make sure we leave no stone unturned in our preparations.’
