After securing a record eighth Welsh Premier League title last season, The New Saints will go into the 2014/2015 Corbett Sports Welsh Premier League campaign as overwhelming favourites to retain their crown and add an unprecedented ninth title to their name.
Craig Harrison, who has been in charge since 2011, has so far ended every season with the WPL Championship in his hands and isn’t hoping to relinquish his grip on the league anytime soon.
The Oswestry based club will begin the defence of their title at their Park Hall Stadium home on Friday the 22nd of August. The first match of the new season will also be a fitting start to what should once again be another exciting year, after the fixture computer pitted TNS with rivals, Bangor City.
