Having made his debut against Birmingham City, Adrian Cieslewicz is excited about the season ahead with the Corbett Sports Welsh Premier League Champions, The New Saints.
Craig Harrison’s latest signing expressed his happiness at finalising the deal and is looking forward to the challenges ahead.
The former Manchester City and Wrexham man was playing his football in the Faroe Islands until a chance meeting with the TNS boss and the move came about after a promising conversation, ‘The team I was with in the Faroe Islands were playing against Linfield and when TNS played Cliftonville, they actually stayed in the same hotel as me. I spoke to Craig Harrison and we took it from there. The conversation was very positive and now here I am.’
Born in Gorzów Wielkopolski, ‘Ciss’ also confirmed that he will add pace to the side, ‘I will bring a lot of pace to the team and I hope to add a lot of goals. I like to play positive attacking football and also hope to create a lot of chances for my teammates.’
The Polish born winger added that the TNS players had been very welcoming, ‘The lads have been great with me and the facilities are great too. I am looking forward to the challenges ahead. I have been back in training with my previous team for the last six weeks, so I feel good and feel sharp.’
Cieslewicz will wear the number 21 shirt for The Saints.
