New Zealand International, Greg Draper has given the ever growing TNS Academy another boost by agreeing to join them as a Striker coach.
The New Saints’ prolific forward will assist players from the Academy with their forward play and specifically, their finishing skills.
Draper was born in Somerset but represented New Zealand in the 2007 Under-20 World Cup, which was held in Canada.
Draper was also included in the squad for the football tournament at the Summer Olympics in Beijing, playing in group matches against Brazil and Belgium against the likes of Ronaldinho and Thomas Vermaelen.
The TNS number nine made his senior international debut for the All Whites in 2008 in a FIFA World Cup qualifier against Fiji.
Prior to joining the Corbett Sports Welsh Premier League Champions, the striker played for Canterbury United, Wellington Phoenix, Melbourne Knights and Team Wellington before returning to the UK, where he scored 15 goals in season 2010/11 for Basingstoke Town in Conference South.
