The New Saints came back from a goal down to beat Prestatyn Town at Bastion Gardens in the Corbett Sports Welsh Premier League.
Goals from Scott Quigley, Jamie Reed and Matty Williams gave TNS a deserved three one victory.
With the wind affecting the game, Jordan Davies opened the scoring with a very powerful low drive after TNS had failed to clear the danger on the edge of their box.
The forward then headed against the bar after a scramble in the TNS box.
The Saints struggled to get out of their half due to the magnitude of the wind and with twenty minutes played, the impressive Davies shot inches over from long range.
However, The Saints went into the break level after a wonder goal from Quigley. The powerful forward picked the ball up inside his own half before driving into the Prestatyn box and finishing past Scott Williams to ensure that TNS went into the break level.
The second half started with both Chris Seargeant and Quigley going close as the home side struggled to get out of their half.
Reed who replaced Mike Wilde at half time, then scored his first ever goal for The Saints. After a brilliant Chris Marriott corner, Reed managed to find space in the congested box and poked the ball in from close range.
The Saints continued to push forward in search of the third goal and it came thanks to substitute Williams. The home goalkeeper misjudged the ball which resulted in an open goal for Williams who calmly rolled it in from six yards out.
The late goal from Williams was the last piece of action as TNS went 14 points clear at the top of the table.
TNS: Harrison (C), Spender, Marriott, Rawlinson, A.Edwards, Seargeant, Wilde (Reed 46), Draper (Williams 65), Quigley, Cieslewicz (Fraughan 89) and K.Edwards.
The unused substitutes were Jones, Baker, Kershaw and Mullock.
