The New Saints beat Denbigh Town by eight goals to nil at Central Park.
Adrian Cieslewicz shot just wide from the edge of the box after being expertly picked out by Alex Darlington in the opening 10 minutes.
Two minutes later and the Polish winger did manage to open the scoring after slotting in from six yards out after the home side had failed to clear a Scott Quigley cross.
A minute later and it was two nil thanks to a magnificent half volley from Jamie Reed.
Midway through the first half, Quigley once again beat his man and set up Reed who confidently headed in from four yards out.
Five minutes before half time and Reed completed his hat-trick by coolly finding the bottom corner from just inside the box.
A minute later Quigley smashed in the fifth goal before Alex Darlington smashed in a sixth goal of the evening before the first half finished.
Substitute Nash Mwamuka then added a seventh goal before Ryan Kershaw thundered in a 25 yard free kick leaving the Denbigh goalkeeper with no chance to make it 8-0 to TNS.
The Saints continued to keep the ball for the remainder of the match and ran out deserved winners.
