The New Saints Foundation team hosted a Football Festival for local schools on Friday night.
The football festival, in conjunction with Children In Need, was held at Park Hall Stadium, home of the Champions of Wales, The New Saints FC.
The Festival was competed by local primary schools Whittington, Gobowen and two teams from The Meadows.
Participants from teams were awarded with certificates by members of TNS first team on the pitch at half time during the Dafabet Welsh Premier League fixture against Rhyl, as well as receiving complimentary games of Bowling at The Venue.
Lead Foundation Coach Jason Brindley said of the event:
“Really pleased with the Children In Need football festival. The quality of football was fantastic from all, some really breath taking goals scored, and lots of smiles on show, which was the best part. I look forward to working on future projects and showcasing what we can hold here at The Venue or elsewhere, and how we can help the local community.”
