Quigley Delighted to be Back

Scott Quigley was delighted to return to the team against Carmarthen Town during the week and get back amongst the goals after serving a three match suspension.

Quigley served a three match suspension after being issued with a red card against Aberystwyth Town and had been desperate to get back onto the pitch, ‘It was frustrating being out of the team after getting suspended but I have to learn from that and I am delighted to be back in the side and back with a couple of goals.’

The Saints’ powerful winger was also happy to have helped his side into yet another Cup Final and said, ‘It is great to be in another final and I am looking forward to it. Last season the final in theWord Cup was great for me because I got two goals and got the man of the match award to so that is my aim again. ‘

The New Saints of Oswestry Town will take on Denbigh Town in theWord Cup Final after the wildcards upset the odds and knocked out gap Connah’s  Quay in the other Semi-Final.
