Calling All Coaches – Why Not Network With TNS Ladies?

Are you a coach of a local club side (male or female)? Why not visit a TNS Ladies training session and pick up ideas, share thoughts and insight.

Since taking over the role of TNS Ladies’ manager, Andy Williams (pictured above) is developing his vision that extends far beyond the confines of Park Hall itself.

The experienced and highly-rated football man explains, “I always welcome the opportunity to meet with coaches and share. Shared discussions generates thinking and challenges your own philosophy and ideas.

I’ve had plenty of opportunities of my own to learn from others as a younger coach learning my trade and want to pay back to the profession and connect with our local community with this opportunity / venture.

Why not visit Park Hall to network with Andy?

I think as a guardian of the female game I have a responsibility to promote its growth and encourage interested parties to grow their enthusiasm for the sport.”

Back to the immediate short-term with TNS Ladies, he continued, “Our first team is currently in the preparation phase developing fitness, presenting the team with new ideas, and developing the team cohesion for the new season which kicks-off on Sunday 20th August at home to Steel City.”

The current TNS Ladies sessions are on Wednesdays and Fridays from 7.30pm. Andy concluded that “It would be a privilege to welcome anyone down who wants to develop as a coach, is interested in learning about how we operate or finding out more about the female elite game.”

The opportunities available would also suit coaches of all levels, including students interested in studying sports science.
