From Saint To Druid As Loan Deal Is Signed

TNS’ young full-back, Ryan Pryce, has moved to Cefn Druids in a loan deal that will see him play his football at The Rock until January 2018.

The talented Telford-born defender made the successful transition from youth to first-team at Park Hall when he made his debut in the 2014-2015 season.

Having been a squad member ever since, and wearing the number 26 shirt, the England Schoolboys international has always impressed when called upon.

Having the hat-trick of major domestic trophies – JD WPL, JD Welsh Cup and Nathaniel MG Trophy – to his name, Pryce has also featured in Champions League ties for the reigning JD Welsh Premier League champions.

Regarding the move, TNS’ first team manager, Scott Ruscoe, commented: “He will get minutes and play in a team that looks to play the right way, with a really good manager in charge. We wish him well.”

Ryan himself is relishing the challenge ahead as we caught up with him today: “It will be good for me to play games at a good club. I can’t wait to get going.”

Echoing Scott Ruscoe’s sentiments, everyone at Park Hall wishes Ryan Pryce the very best as he joins up with Huw Griffiths and the Cefn Druids squad.
