TNS TV Catches Up With Tom Holland

He’s been at Park Hall for three months now, and so this evening, taking advantage of the team staying over in Carmarthenshire for the game tomorrow, we chatted with Tom Holland.

A Yorkshireman by birth, he began his football as a youngster, with the team he supported, Bradford City. A move to Leeds United was followed by five years at Manchester City. From there he was signed by Swansea City, joining The New Saints in June of this year.

We chat with Tom about his past, and of course, the present as well. On signing for the Welsh champions he joined the pre-Champions League camp in Scotland, where games against Rangers and St Johnstone were included in the schedule.

Making his debut in Europe’s – if not the world’s – premier club competition, as a substitute against HNK Rijeka at Park Pall, we ask him about that.

Since then he’s gone on to become a regular in the TNS starting line-up. Bringing the interview right up to date, we talk about tomorrow’s (Saturday, September 30 2017) JD WPL game against Carmarthen Town.
