Christmas Comes Early As The Oswestry Parade Is Another Success

Earlier today, The New Saints of Oswestry Town was represented at the annual Christmas parade organised by the Borderland Rotary Club. You can read more about the event HERE

The day itself began bright and early with face-painting at The Venue. Following that it was a short journey across to the other side of town, where the impressive float was ready and waiting to carry TNS Academy youngsters and Foundation workers alike.

Making its way through Oswestry along with the other entrants, TNS flags and sweets were handed out to the multitudes that gathered roadside to witness the festive spectacle.

We captured the event via live social media footage that you can witness courtesy of the embedded tweets, as well as the photograph album that can be viewed on the TNS Facebook page.

Many people made the day a great success, and on behalf of everyone at the club, a massive thank you as once again you all did The New Saints very proud indeed.
