Community Sessions

TNS Foundation have teamed up with Street games once again this autumn to help girls and young women between the age of 14 and 25 stay active. The Club1 initiative provides those who want to increase their activity levels, or maintain fitness, the opportunity to get involved at no cost.


Marches “Us Girls” Club1

Be a part of the “Us girls” and “This Girl Can campaign and get involved in our Club1 activities at The Marches School. We’re visiting every Thursday 3.30 – 4.30pm until March 2018, providing girls age 12+ the opportunity to learn new skills, activities and sports, make new friends and socialise. But more importantly, stay physically active! What’s more is that funding from Street Games allows us to deliver these sessions for free










TNS “Get Active” Club1

Part of the same campaign, the foundation also visit St.Martins School every Wednesday 3.30-4.30pm providing free activities for girls age 12+ we also give participants the opportunity to visit The Venue for special end of term trips, using the gym, bowling alley and laser facilities!




Venue Club1 Fitness

Girls and young women age 14-25 years of age can now attend the gym for free every Thursday 7pm-8pm, supervised by a Level2 Qualified fitness instructor. Inductions are provided and guidance through exercising. Attending the gym can help young girls and women:


Socialize with friends in a safe supervised environment

Maintain a healthy bodyweight

Build strength and tone

Improve cardiovascular fitness

Introduce exercise adherence from a young age

Booking is mandatory in advance.

Holiday Activities:


The New Saints Football Club offer a number of holiday clubs throughout the year. We are now committed to delivering activities out in the community as well as in-house. Working in Partnership with Three Parishes Big Local and Oswestry Town Council, children age 4-16 can stay physically active during the school holidays and enjoy a free healthy lunch**


Our Level 2 qualified coaches provide multiple activities for all ages and abilities, and hold the relevant health and safety and first aid qualifications. Sessions are held in the following locations with indoor and toilet facilities:
