Disability Sport and Senior Saints

In keeping with our objectives, TNS Foundation continues to provide diversionary activities ensuring that all in the community have the opportunity to participate, adding enrichment to their lives regardless of gender, disability, age or social-economic factors.

This is why we provide comprehensive disability projects that increase the self-esteem, health, personal and social skills of all participants. We also provide activities and the Healthy Living Program to use exercise to fight age related illness.

Senior Saints

We are all at risk of developing illnesses but the risk increases as we get older.

Age related illnesses such as osteoporosis, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and coronary heart disease, to name a few, can be combated with regular exercise and maintaining a healthy diet.

TNS Foundation aims to help in that fight by providing exercise classes designed with older adults in mind. Sessions include:

  • EXTEND Seated Aerobics
  • OTAGO
  • Zumba Gold
  • Multi-sport sessions
