Today the TNS Under 8’s team played a further two matches against teams from Cagliari.

The New Saints midfielder then went on to talk about the matches, ‘We played two games. We lost the first but won the second game 4-1 and we played some really good football. The team had plenty of support with all the parents right behind the them. The scorers for TNS were Josh Evans, Adam Tunnadine, Harry Owen and Charlie Cahill.’
The full team line up was Ryan Lockwood, Edward Moore, Charlie Cahill, Adam Tunnadine, Adam Tirebuck, Harry Owen and Josh Evans.
Scott was full of praise for his young team and said, ‘The boys have been a credit to the club and have been working hard on all aspects of the game. The parents also deserve a mention and have really supported the boys and made it an enjoyable experience. A special mention to Peter Moore who has been fantastic from day one organising the trip with Craig and myself.’
