The Saints will take on Port Talbot Town at Park Hall stadium, with the kick off time scheduled for 15:45pm.
Craig Harrison and his team have been back in training since early June and after performing admirably well in the UEFA Champions League, the Oswestry based side will now switch their focus to securing a third Welsh League title on the bounce.
The squad has remained near enough the same, with only Chris Mullock joining from Cefn Druids and Chris Jones resigning with the club after prolonged negotiations. Another new staff member has also been brought in this season, with the former Bayern Munich goalkeeper, Bernie Hirmer, being installed as the new goalkeeper coach. Alex Ramsay was the only player to leave the club on a permanent basis. Scott Quigley, Ryan Jones and Luke Douglas have all been loaned out.
The New Saints are the bookies favourites to win the League this season and will have the honour of hosting the first televised game of the campaign. The opening game of the season against Port Talbot has been selected by S4C to be broadcast live from Park Hall.
The Oswesty club has also decided to offer a special promotion for the first game of the season that will allow every full paying adult to receive a voucher for a free drink, inside The Venue, prior to the match.
Tickets for tomorrow’s game will cost £8 for Adults, £4 for Concessions and £1 for Juniors.
