Saints go blue for Bangor

The New Saints of Oswestry Town will face Bangor City on Saturday wearing their blue kit!

The fixture will be played at Park Hall stadium in Oswestry and will be the first home game that The New Saints of Oswestry Town will wear their newly designed retro Oswestry style football kit.

The kit was designed by Ellie Jones, from Our Lady’s and St Oswald School in Oswestry, who’s fantastic entry was selected as the winner of the ‘Design a kit’ scheme. The scheme was supported by five local Schools, including Whittington Primary School, Gobowen Primary School, Criftins Primary School, Woodside Primary School and Our Lady’s Catholic School.

Along with the ‘Design a kit’ scheme that has been supported really well by the local community, the Corbett Sports Welsh Premier League Champions have been busier than ever working around Oswestry and the local area. The Saints are now part of the ‘three clubs, one town’ brand where along with FC Oswestry and Oswestry Villa, The New Saints of Oswestry Town are all supporting one another, to ensure that grass roots football can be played all around the town.

The New Saints Community Foundation is growing by the minute and everyone associated with the football club is extremely keen on building the already wonderful links as well as being really eager to carry on the close relationship between TNS and Oswestry.

Normal admission prices are £8.00 for adults, £4.00 for concessions and children admitted free with a paying adult.

The New Saints FC and Bangor City supporters will also be able to purchase selected drinks at the supporters bar in The Venue for only £2 from 2.30pm, right  up to the kick off.

The televised match will kick off at 15:45pm.
