On Saturday (February 11) we travel to south-west Wales to take on Mark Aizlewood’s Carmarthen Town.
We have already played the Old Gold twice so far this season, both games in the Dafabet Welsh Premier League first phase.
The first encounter, back in September 2016, was at Park Hall with TNS edging it 2-1, courtesy of a Greg Draper brace.
The away fixture, a couple of months later, was a six-goal thriller. Fortunately for us the ratio was in our favour, as three second-half goals added to the one that Lee Surman put in his own net after 16 minutes, to secure the points.
Again, Draper was on the scoresheet, joined by Chris Seargeant and Robbie Parry.
The game was watched by 356, which was the highest attendance in the Dafabet WPL that weekend.
The team will be leaving Park Hall early on Saturday morning and you can follow the journey via our social media accounts of Facebook (TheNewSaintsFC) and Twitter (@tnsfc).
In addition, we will be bringing you updates during the game via social media, as well as commentary, chat and banter on TNS Radio.
The link for the latter will appear here on our website home page ahead of the 2.30 pm kick-off. All you need to do is click and listen. We look forward to your company!
