Following on from Phil Baker, who joined Aberystwyth Town on loan recently, this time it’s Robbie Parry who moves. Again to The Seasiders, but it’s destination-Llandudno for the TNS number 11, as opposed to Pip’s Park Avenue.
Robbie (quote below) joined The New Saints on a permanent deal in October 2015, having previously been on the books of Wolverhampton Wanderers and Stoke City.
I’m just happy to get the opportunity for some minutes after the injury and obviously happy to go on loan to my local side.
All of us at Park Hall wish Robbie the very best during his spell at The Giant Hospitality Stadium. The move is initially for a month, when it will then be reviewed.
We caught up with TNS manager, Craig Harrison, for his thoughts.
Robbie started the season in excellent form in terms of both goals and assists. Unfortunately though, he picked up a nasty toe injury and needed surgery.
Meanwhile, team mates in Robbie’s positions have been excellent, which has makes it hard to get back in the team.
So Robbie will be going out to get match-fit and ready to come back to challenge for the starting 11.
