Home Advantage For The New Saints Of Oswestry Town In The JD Welsh Cup

The draw for the JD Welsh Cup Round Three pairs The New Saints of Oswestry Town with Penrhyncoch FC, with the former having home advantage.

Following the tradition of previous draws in various competitions, it was made live on Facebook, this time the FAW’s page.

Assisting Andrew Howard were Wales’ goalkeeping coach, Tony Roberts, and forty nine times capped, Danny Gabbidon.

The visitors to Park Hall, who will be making their way from Ceredigion for the game, were founded in 1965 and are known as The Roosters.

Managed by Gari Lewis, the team plays in the Huws Gray Cymru Alliance, the regionalised (north) second tier of Welsh football.

The game is scheduled for the weekend of December 2/3 and details will be released as soon as they are confirmed.
