A Quartet Of Nominations As Ruscoe Joins The List

With Tom Holland (Young Player Of The Season), Greg Draper and Jamie Mullan (both Player Of The Season) already declared as front runners for JD Welsh Premier League (JD WPL) awards, we are pleased to announce that Scott Ruscoe has now joined the list.

This time round, the award up for grabs is Manager Of The Season. Having made the smooth – and successful – transition from player to assistant manager, Scott stepped into the Park Hall hot seat at the start of the 2017/2018 campaign.

Retaining the JD WPL title and Nathaniel MG Cup (Welsh League Cup), as well as guiding the team to the semi-final stage of the Irn-Bru Cup, puts Ruscoe in a strong position to add more silverware to his personal trophy cabinet.

With Huw Griffiths and Andy Morrison – from Cefn Druids and Connah’s Quay Nomads respectively – also on the shortlist, the competition is very tough.

The winner, along with those of the other categories, will be announced at the JD WPL awards night on June 2.
