Where Have the Years Gone? – Rev’s Ramblings

Today, as the players returned to training, I also started my fifth full season with the club. Coming in for the second home game of the 2014/2015 campaign against Rhyl, I can’t believe where the years have gone. Whoever said time flies certainly wasn’t joking.

There have been so many memories along the way, and in particular, numerous firsts: radio commentary, Champions League game, watching a match in Scotland, interviewing an international. I could go on and on and on, I have made so many debuts it’s been such an incredible time.

Certainly so from a personal perspective, as I only turned up to ‘have a go’ on the newly-launched TNS Radio show. Or so I thought, anyway. Little did I know where that journey would take me.

Looking ahead I wonder where the next four years will lead. I don’t know for sure, but I have the feeling that if it’s been amazing so far, it’s going to be even more so as the future unfolds.

For now though it was covering training at Park Hall. We’re launching a new weekly video podcast this season and in with the photographs and video footage that we posted on social media were interviews with new signings, Josh Hmami, Kane Lewis and Joash Nembhard.

Rev’s Ramblings is a weekly blog entry, following my adventures with the champions of Wales from a personal perspective. Read previous ones here.
