Ben Cabango in Wales’ U19 Squad To Face Poland

Swansea City defender, Ben Cabango, currently on loan at The New Saints, has been called up to the FA Wales’ U19s squad that takes on Poland U19s on Monday, October 15 2018.

The preparations began on Wednesday, October 10, as the players assembled at the hotel base. With five days of training and bonding, the culmination is the game itself.

We chatted with Ben, ahead of the squad get-together: “I’m delighted to have been called up to this Welsh camp” he told us, before adding “I was obviously gutted to have missed the last one due to illness.”

Looking ahead to the match itself, he concluded: “I can’t wait to play this game against Poland.”

Also in the squad is ex-TNS youngster, Jack Vale, who like Ben is attached to an English Championship side.
