Yesterday, for the annual visit to the Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Hospital organised by TNS FC Foundation, ten players accompanied by Scott Ruscoe and Steve Evans, met with children and staff at the Alice Ward.
The hospital, based in nearby Gobowen, specialises in orthopaedics and began life at the turn of the 20th century, moving to its present site in 1921. Its work is renowned throughout the UK and you can find out more HERE on the hospital’s website.
The Alice Ward is the designated children’s ward and provides care from birth to seventeen years of age. We took numerous photographs from the visit, and as well as the selected ones on this page, you can view the others HERE.
