Cardiff City Defender Signs For The Saints In Loan Deal

The New Saints FC is pleased to announce the arrival, on loan, of talented Cardiff City FC defender, Jack Bodenham. The nineteen-year-old has been with the English Premier League side’s Academy from the U14 age group set-up.

Prior to that, the Newport-born and Cwmbrân-raised youngster had been part of the Cardiff City Advanced Development Centre in Newport.

Featuring this season in the Professional Development League for the Bluebirds, Jack has played 13 times for the U23s and has found the net on two occasions.

In addition, Bodenham has represented his country at various youth levels.

An interview and photo shoot will take place in due course but in the meantime, welcome to Park Hall, Jack, and we trust that your time with us is a happy one.

 

TNS FC manager, Scott Ruscoe, commented: “We are pleased to have completed the loan signing of Jack Bodenham from Cardiff City. He’s an excellent addition to the squad until the end of the season. A composed defenderhe is comfortable in possession and will benefit from first team football at the age of 19.
