Although our season ended with the last whistle of the JD Welsh Cup final, the ongoing work continues. As the heading states, it’s more than just a football club and there’s always something on, especially with TNS FC Foundation, and that’s where this week’s Rev’s Ramblings comes from.
Last week I was with John Rhodes and some of the team at Woodside Primary School in Oswestry. It was actually the second time that I’d been to the school in the space of a few days, as it is a regular haunt for the Foundation.
Again we were with teacher Adam Pugh’s class, and we took advantage of the warm weather, as we not only produced a video that the Foundation will use to promote that aspect of the work (below), but also to complete the trilogy of interviews that we have done with John, covering his involvement at the club.
TNS FC Foundation is a growing concern and it’s great to see the community involvement continue to expand. Whether a village after-school club or a big event such as the annual TNS In The Park, it’s always a pleasure to be involved, covering activities from a media perspective.
Revās Ramblings is my weekly TNS FC blog, written from a personal perspective, following my adventures with the champions of Wales. Read past entriesĀ HERE
