More Friendlies Confirmed, This Time Against South Wales Opposition

With the UEFA Champions League campaign drawing ever-closer, we can confirm two more friendlies have been arranged. Against JD Welsh Premier League sides, both are in European (UEFA Europa League) action themselves, so the fixtures offer all involved the opportunity to prepare for the challenges ahead.

On Tuesday, June 18, we will travel to Jenner Park to take on Gavin Chesterfield’s Barry Town United. The kick-off time is 7.15 p.m. and admission charges are £5 for adults, while children go free.

Three days later, on Friday, June 21, we welcome Cardiff Metropolitan University FC to Park Hall, in what will be the fourth pre-season friendly for The New Saints FC.

The game, against Christian Edwards’ side, who made the UEFA Europe League courtesy of a play-off victory against Bala Town, is set for a 2.15 p.m. start and as with all of TNS’ home friendlies to date, will be free admission.

For all match reports and upcoming games, visit the fixtures page on our web site.
