Whittington Youth Club
Our extremely successful youth club in Whittington runs every Thursday from 7.00pm – 8.30pm for children aged 10 – 16 years of age. Supported by Whittington Parish Council, the club costs just £2 entry per person including a free juice. Held in the Senior Citizens Building activities include dodgeball, panna football, kan jam, spike ball, music and more. Food such as toasties, cans and snacks are available to purchase. Gobowen Youth Cafe
The Foundation runs Gobowen Youth Cafe at the Pavilion in Gobowen every Monday from 5.00 – 6.30pm. The club welcomes everyone aged from 10-16 year of age. Come for music, games arts and crafts, to chill, meet your friends and join in with a range of activities such as pool, table tennis and air hockey and our brand-new FIFA league and movie and popcorn nights! Entry costs £3 per person which covers all refreshments including hot chocolate, toasties, hotdogs, noodles, tea and more. For more information please email email@example.com.
Weston Rhyn Youth Clubs
The Foundation provides three regular youth clubs for a variety of age groups in Weston Rhyn –
Each Monday at Weston Rhyn Primary School from 3.00pm – 4.00pm we offer a fun and games mini youth club aimed at 4 – 7-year olds where a variety of sports, music, arts & crafts and prizes take place. £3 entry per child.
On Tuesdays from 3.00 – 4.30pm a youth club for children aged between 7 and 11 years is also held at Weston Rhyn Primary School allowing the kids to socialise with friends after school, listen to music and get active. This session includes a free snack and drink! £3 entry per child.
For older youths aged from 10 – 16 years, we provide a Youth Café on a Monday evening from 7.00pm – 8.30pm located at St John’s Church. All welcome to chill and relax with friends and join the activities such as FIFA league, movie & popcorn nights, and much, much more. The Foundation has teamed up with the Football Association Girls Football Centre to provide grassroots introductory football for girls aged between 5 and 11 years of age. SSE Wildcats is aimed at those who would like a gentle introduction to football. Sessions are led by professional football coaches in an organised but fun and engaging environment taking place every Wednesday at The Venue at Park Hall from 6.30 – 7.30pm. The New Saints FC Foundation runs weekly holiday clubs throughout the year. Working in partnership and with the support of a number of local organisations including Three Parishes Big Local, parish town councils, local housing providers & trusts we give children aged from 4 –16 years of age the opportunity to stay physically active during the school holidays, socialise with friends and enjoy a free healthy lunch
Our qualified coaches and youth workers provide multiple activities for all ages and abilities all hold the relevant health and safety and first aid qualifications. Sessions are held in the following locations which have indoor facilities for when the weather is not so good:
