A coach with a passion for fitness, having studied a sports science degree at Birmingham University, Ambris still plays semi-professional football, where is currently coached by Saints’ manager Lawrence Wilson.

The Saints are Ambris’ first coaching role at a club and he is certainly thriving, having an excellent dressing room personality. Ambris develops the players fitness and works closely with them to keep them in top shape.
