Connor Roberts Joins The Seasiders On Loan

Following in the footsteps of Ben Clark, goalkeeper Connor Roberts has also made his way to the north Wales coast joining Llandudno FC on a short term deal.

We caught up with the man between the sticks: “I’m buzzing and hopefully will get some game time.”

After having featured in just three matches for The New Saints so far this season – and all of then in the Nathaniel MG Cup – Connor added “I want to shake off the cobwebs and get back at it on a match day. It is disappointing not to play (for The New Saints) but hopefully I can start featuring for Llandudno”, he told us.

Acknowledging the challenge of being at a club that currently sits bottom of the JD Welsh Premier League and six points from safety, Roberts recognises the task that lies ahead: “The aim will be to start winning football matches – 100%” he concluded.

The New Saints FC wishes Connor all the very best at Llandudno FC.
