The New Saints FC Foundation is a charitable organisation that aims to engage with the local community to provide positive, sustainable football, sports and educational activities for young people. You can get involved in our organisation by taking part in any of the below clubs and activities that we run regularly.
Youth Clubs
Weekly youth clubs are held in Oswestry, Gobowen, Weston Rhyn and Whittington. If you are aged between 10 and 16 years old why not join us – they’re a chance to meet with our youth workers, socialise with friends, chat and take part in the activities you want to do.
Fun Football
If you have a budding footballer at home, why not register them to attend our FAW/McDonalds Fun Football sessions.
Junior Saints ages 7 – 11, Monday evening 5pm – 6pm – term time only
Mini Saints ages 4 – 7, Saturday morning 9am – 10am – term time only
Teen Saints ages 10 – 14 years, Friday evening 5pm – 6pm – term time only
Wildcats – girls aged 5 to 11 years, Wednesday evening 5pm – 6pm – term time only

These sessions are coached by qualified and accredited football coaches, children are supported to develop their football skills in a fun and engaging environment on our 3G pitch.
TNS All In
TNS All In is on every Thursday in term-time at The Centre, Oswestry from 4pm to 6pm. If you are the parent/guardian of a young person with additional needs, these sessions are led by suitably qualified staff, who can provide youth worker support as well as offering your young people an opportunity to socialise and chat with friends in a supervised, safe environment. To be eligible for ‘All In’ your child needs to be aged between 4 and 16 years of age, and registered with Shropshire Council’s All In Programme (you can register here).
Girls Football
Wildcats runs every Wednesday night between 5pm – 6pm. Designed especially for girls aged 5 – 11 years, Wildcats is a great introduction to girls football and runs on the 3G pitch at Park Hall as part of the Wednesday night TNS Girls programme.
Welshpool Huddle, also for girls aged 5 – 11 years, in partnership with Welshpool Ladies LFC and with support from the FAW, takes place every Thursday between 5:30 to 6:15 p.m at The Flash Leisure Centre.
Holiday Activities
We’re proud to be part of the Shropshire Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme, offering a full programme of free activities open to all children aged 4 – 12 years over the upcoming holidays – thanks to support from many partners.
